As a Community-Based Protection Counselor and Protection Officer in Afghan communities, I supported vulnerable individuals by addressing their needs and ensuring their safety. Additionally, I am an experienced clinical psychologist, MPhil scholar, and internationally certified behavior therapist, specializing in therapy, psychological assessments, CBT, speech therapy, and ASD treatment.
With a Master's in Clinical Psychology from the University of Peshawar, I also serve as a visiting lecturer. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing mental health challenges, including drug abuse and negative thought patterns. I create mental health awareness programs in workplaces, focusing on stress management and destigmatization.
My approach is evidence-based, tailored to each client’s needs, and aims to promote resilience and positive mental health outcomes.
