Assisting day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Providing administrative support to HR Manager.
Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
(staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations).
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes.
Dealing with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves).
Coordinate communication with candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Prepare, update and maintain CV database for resources.
Creating liaison with universities to increase KFC recruitment pool.
Pay roll and performance appraisal of the staff.
Handling recruitment and selection operations.
Maintaining leave records of all employees including restaurant, Support Center Staff & operational staff.
Maintaining bank account records of all employees for the ease of salary transfer.
Drafting policies and training operations.
