Daily Communication and Coordination with the Union council communication offers and Area Level Social Mobilizers for the planning and execution of Community Engagement activities.
Conduct field monitoring visits to oversee the implementation of activities.
Identify and address any challenges or issues arising in the field. Making detailed and organized reports on the implementation of assigned activities to the field staff.
Obtain the data from field staff for Communication Network.
Compile and sort the data in a proper manner. Maintaining and updating master Data in our Databases [Communication Network and MCTDB].
Monitoring changes and updates to master data and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Visit the field for the purpose of verification, such as data, reports to ensure the quality of field work.
Ensuring Data integrity and Data consistency through regular reviews and validation processes.
Identifying and Resolving Data Discrepancies and errors to ensure high data quality and Data Cleaning before Data Entry and Data Analysis.
Enter master Data in our Databases and information systems.
Monitoring changes and updates to master data and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Data Validation Making Different types of meaningful Reports using Pivot table for Data Analysis. Design and develop interactive Excel and PowerBi Dashboards that provide actionable insights.
Report writing on the daily/weekly task completion and handed over to immediate supervisor. Perform Data management and Data security.
Collection of data from Community health workers and Area supervisors.
Print and compile the collected data.

Office Administration
With the guidance of HR manager, maintain up-to-date and accurate computer and hard copy personnel files.
Collect appropriate documents from new hires: CV, signed contract, signed job description, contact information and conflict of interest etc.
Provide support to the HR department in the recruitment process.
Administrative support of the team (emails, entry into the system, calls to applicants). Delivering needed information to the candidates.
