· Develop and Maintain Monthly Export Sales & Contract records.
· Weekly Report Departure & Discharged of all Consignment’s (Import & Export).
· Liaison with Banks to process Payments (Inbound & outbound).
· Market Analysis and Current trends Analysis through social network and Premium Magazines.
· Introduce Company to new and existing Market. And Attract new Client.
· Import & Export Documentations (Customs-GD, Bill of Lading, E-form, Bank Payments)
· Manage and Control Operations (Inbound and outbound Shipment’s).
· Respond key Customer’s complaints and query.
· Trained and Control Operation’s team.
· Develop Strong Integration with Sales and Support team on weekly interval basis.
· Maintain and report Daily departure and Delivery reports.
· Network Monitoring.
· Handle COD shipments with care and responsibility (Cash Handling).
· Handle incoming calls from customers related to booking, tracking/tracing, pre/post-ship inquiries in a professional manner.
· Ensure response to emails as per defined SLAs.
· Support in maintaining departmental service levels.
· Liaise with Operations, Sales and other departments for quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
· Up-sell DHL value added services. Generate sales & cash leads for the Commercial department.
· Liaise with Operations and other departments to maximize first track resolution.
