Conduct Situation analysis, initial contact and Programme introduction in the Community
Collect socio-economic data for Community Organization (CO) profiles and motivate the Community for making grass roots level CO.
Conducting fortnightly meetings with these COs for the identification of various needs and any possible intervention from IDEA and PPAF.
Formation of Village Development Organizations (VDOs) at Village level. 
Conducting various activities and workshops with various agendas. (Related to agriculture, community development, education, health and livestock issues).
Conflict resolution among communities
Linkages of the community with other governmental and non-governmental organizations especially working in the area.
Design trainings & workshops consisting of CMSTs & Record Keeping for communities both at CO and VDO level for their capacity building, self-sustainability & for better use of local management & resources.
 Reports to Project Manager & case studies development/writing.
Conducting and coordinating the training for Community Activist on (Community Management and Skill Training’s Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock and including sessions on Participatory Development, Development Planning, Communication Skill, Linkages, Record Keeping, Execution of Development Plans, Gender and Rural Development).
Organizing the Rural communities at the grass root level into Community Organizations and develop their linkages with the District level relevant department.
Facilitating the communities in identification of small infrastructure schemes and conflicting resolution and created linkages for its implementation.
Facilitating extension of COs for Agriculture, Livestock and small Enterprise development

Social Mobilizer is responsible for mobilizing the community through dialogue, awareness raising and using PRA/RRA tools to identify causes of local problems and their solutions.
SM will form a health management committee from the community for each BHU to take ownership and management at local level for the facilities.
SM will provide facilitation in the group formation, election of representatives, record keeping, internal saving mechanism and training/ capacity building of the HMC members
SM will ensure active community support for the project activities and ownership.
SM will facilitate the weekly meetings of these HMCs and participate from ORGANIZATION’s side.
SM will identify and proactively communicate any issues that might affect the project implementation and engage community support with guidance from the Provincial Coordinator and Sr. Program Officer to address the issues.
Collection and dissemination of information between communities, ORGANIZATION project staff and stakeholders.

Planning of the social organization in consultation with the project staff under the supervision of the monitoring officer and Project manager Food Security.
Complete understanding of the project and its implementation strategy
Identification and selection of the targeted villages in each UC as per set criteria being given by the PM or Monitoring officer.  
Initial contact with the target communities for the introduction of the Project and informing the communities of the social organisation strategy of the Project
Establishment of the Village Committees (VC) in the targeted villages as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Training of VC members in the Community management skills such as record keeping etc.
Maintenance of the record of the VC by the VC members in the desired form.
Door to door assessment and identification of the beneficiaries for each component of the project as per SOPs.
Finalization of the beneficiaries through active involvement of the VC members.
Regular field visits and conduct the community meetings frequently.

Through relationships with persons of concern, authorities and network of partners stay abreast of political, social, economic and cultural developments that have an impact on the protection environment and provide advice to senior management.- Ensure that the perspectives, capacities, needs and resources of the persons of concerns are reflected in the protection strategy, planning processes and operations plan addressing the specific protection needs of women and men, children, youth and older persons, persons with disabilities, minority groups such as sexual minorities and persons living with HIV/AIDS.- In operations applying the Cluster Approach, ensure the Protection Cluster covers all assessed and prioritized protection needs of the affected population and utilize the IDPs footprint during the planning process.- Coordinate the promotion of international refugee law principles and standards and also IDP legislation or policies ensuring that all sectors and clusters fulfill their responsibilities mainstreaming protection.- Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of programmes ensuring that identified protection needs,

To ensure regular daily facilitation visit to project target schools.
To support teachers in classroom management, documentation and other indicators related to Project.
To support teachers in pedagogy and lesson planning regarding Accelerated Learning Program.
Develop liaison & Coordination with Education Department ADOs/Head Teacher for sharing implementation challenges.
Conduct baseline survey & Identification of OSC (out of school children) in the catchment area of selected school.
Ensure 100% enrolment in selected school through Community mobilization.
Mobilize community through corner meetings and broad base community meetings.
Conduct /Facilitate Monthly Meeting of PTC in target schools.
