Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

The All Pakistan Women\'s Association (APWA) is a voluntary non-profit and non-political Pakistani organization whose fundamental aim is the promotion of moral, social and economic welfare of the women of Pakistan. It was founded by Begum Ra\'ana Liaquat Ali Khan in 1949.
Responsibilities
Perform the services of managing APWA Khairpur branch with in high standard of professional, ethical competence & integrity.
Ensure provision of healthcare facilities to the satisfaction of the public.
Maintain specified hospital management and financial records like IPD Income, OPD Income record, Expenditures: maintain and reconciles account ledger, monthly journal entries, bank accounts and analyzes accounts to trace discrepancies or errors.
Organize and assist external & internal audits both financial & performance related to annual and quartarly basis.
Report to the Chairperson APWA on all important matters concerning patients cure. Responsible for all the matters related to hospital management, patient care & shall discharge all duties entrusted to by the Chairperson.
Excercise the administrative & financial powers as delegated under the rules.
Ensure high level of performance, discipline & work ethics by nursing staff & continously evaluates the efficacy of patients care provided to patients. Develop & monitor rules, plans & procedures related to nursing services.
Know and practice the prescribed philosophy, purpose, policies and standard of patient Care Services; Organize, direct and administers the Patient Care Services in order to provide the level of care required by current medical standard.
Make regular visits to all wards, rooms, OT, OPD Section etc and ensure that the premises is clean & tidy, hazardous waste is disposed of properly & the patient care is up to the mark & records are complete & up-to-date.
