• Implementing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques to control mites and diseases in honeybee colonies to keep a healthy livestock strengthened for pollination purposes
• Organizing and applying support activities, field visits and research experiments for improving pollination and fruit setting in fruits (peach, olive, grapes) and field crops (Canola, Cucurbits, Sunflower) grown for experiments and seeds production
• Assisting in the supervision of duties assigned to the supporting staff working on farm to ensure the techniques are performed in compliance with established quality standards

• Supervised and trained the Sanitary Inspectors, Union Council In-charges, and Sanitary Patrols to confirm the quality of Dengue-control operations as per standard protocol and SOPs
• Ensured regular Dengue Surveillance of the allocated Union Councils (1-15) for timely reporting and removing the Mosquito population detection (Larva, Pupa, Adult), door-marking of the infected places and e-tagging the whole response performed.
• Checked the excellence of Indoor Residual Sprays, Fogging operations and On-spot pesticide applications against possible population of Aedes mosquito detected in the vicinities.

• Organized the R&D Unit of the company with assistance of the Operations Department by conducting applied research for controlling household pests, vector-borne diseases, pesticides application and pest control equipment, and training of the pest control field technicians for quality provision.
• Tested and recommended the routinely used pesticides/ equipment and monitored the judicious use of pesticides and material in field operations for quality service to the commercial and house clients.
• Supported the sales department with in-house/ on-site inspections, presentations, and trainings. Developing standard language for sales presentations, proposal, literature, and support material.
• Represented the company in high level speaking engagements, assisting sales personnel in Field Inspections, Cost Estimate preparations for mega projects, and Government Tender provisions.

• Lead the Service Department ensuring that it operates with utmost effectiveness by attaining its objectives of giving prompt responses to the clients, cost effective and quality service.
• Ensured the implementation of company’s policies and procedures by all the service personnel including their personal appearance and hygiene; daily cleanliness, maintenance of pest control equipment/ vehicles, SOPs for pest control, fumigation, and termite control.
• Worked on quality supervision of technicians, performance, monitoring and evaluation; Monitoring and reporting to adequate level of chemical/ material inventory.

Provided training to the beekeepers and Margallah community with the purpose to produce quality honey from botanical flora present in Margallah Hills.
Assessed the training needs of beekeepers through questionnaires and standard performs.
Supported and provided guidance to the Margallah Community during their field work and assignment in Beekeeping.
Worked with the tasks to assist in research activities, writing technical reports, feasibility reports and quarterly reports for the smooth running and extension of the developmental project.

• Conducted trainings of Master Trainers and farmers regarding the conservation and management of insect pollinators in the Apple and Brassica through Distt. Murree and Chakwal respectively.
• Implemented pollination deficit experiments to estimate the presence of pollinators and their decline in more or less 20 different localities of Murree district and Mulhal Mughlan, Chakwal.
• Worked on capacity building of local farmers of Apple and Brassica and raised the importance of keeping pollinators in improving the crop yield and overall livelihood of the community.
• Analysed results, prepared reports, presented findings and recommendations to the project coordinator and the national consultant at HBRI and NIM (NARC).

1-year internship under NIP (National Internship Program). Initially, worked at Federal Ministry of Food & Agriculture and then worked at Honey Bee Research Institute, NARC, Islamabad.
