Much of my previous work experience has been in planning, execution, coordination, monitoring and evaluation since I have worked under multi environment and have excellent understanding of Program cycle management and quality assurance in an INGO setting. I have played a critical role in tracking, monitoring as well as preparing budgets for various programs. I have also been involved in communicating with key stakeholders and decision makers for taking strategic decisions to manage partner’s portfolio of assets and resources aligned with the with the objectives, allocation of assets and balancing risk.

Following the right based approach designs and rollouts an all-inclusive mainstreaming approach for the program (in consultation with partners) supported by an implementation and monitoring plan. Coordinated the emergency needs assessments to support the communities through launching appeal for Disaster Relief Emergency Fund (DREF) for the moderate to severe drought conditions experienced in 18 districts of Baluchistan and 8 districts of Sindh as well as the earthquake of 24th Sept, 2019 severely affected Mirpur district of AJ&K. Closely monitored the response operations based on the developing situation and shared the reports with relevant stakeholders for their inputs before finalization.
