Mr Muhammad Ashraf  is a very energetic & committed & sincere professional. He started his career from WHO platform as a sincerity with his job responsibilities and supportive role for all stakeholders proved that he is an excellent candidate for the program and promoted as UCPO. 
As a UCPO he performed very supportive and fruitful services at UC Level and Taluka Level. During this job he learned about field activities, Community related issues management, Social Mobilization, HR management, Logistics Management and administrative support. 
Now he is ready to work in any type of field at UC/ Taluka and District Level. 
Key responsibilities Include:
Coordination & Communication at UC Level and Taluka Level with Health Department & DPCR 
Monitoring & Supervision of PEI/EPI Activities at UC Level Taluka Level. 
Ensure the Logistics availability and distribution at UC Level Taluka Level. 
Supportive role with Surveillance Team (AFP Case Reporting, Stool Collection and Coordination)
Preparation and updating of Micro planning. 
Validation the micro plane in the field.
To plan and arrange training sessions for vaccinations team and area incharges on U.C level.
Building capacity of Vaccinators/team members.
Participation and coordination with all influential persons, religious leader at UC level in support of SIAs.
To monitor the vaccination teams for better result as per guide line and provide for feedback..
To collect the tally sheet data from the area of responsibility on daily basis.
To ensure proper vaccination of high risk population.
To ensure catch-up activities for missed children and ensure to its implementation
Tally sheet Analysis for observing the campaign quality at UC Level.
To survey of Markets in polio campaign
To provide facilitation / help of Independent and Monitors.
