I have completed my graduation degree from COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus in Electrical and Computer Engineering department. In 2019 I have completed internship in Lucky Cement Limited as a trainee engineer, after internship completion I joined Chashma Nuclear Power Generation Plant as a ASM( Assistant Control maintainer). In Feb 2020 I joined HOPE'87 NGO as a social organizer and focal person in D.I.Khan and worked almost 2.5 years with dedication in empowering Girls Community schools, Monitoring & Evaluation, reporting, establishing and merging new community schools in district D.I.Khan/Tank & South Waziristan. After 2022 Pakistan Floods, I joined an International NGO Islamic Relief Pakistan as a Community Development Officer(CDO). Looking to my professional skills, capabilities and knowledge the organization recognizes the value of my hard work and trusts me with more responsibilities as a Project Officer D.I.Khan and Tank districts in an early recovery project.
Operational
• Working in close coordination with the Senior Project Officer, District Coordinator, thematic leads, and MEAL team to ensure routine project-related assessments are executed and monthly quarterly and final reports are submitted timely, and implementation and exit strategies are developed.
• Ensure the different sectoral activities of WASH, SHELTER, FSL, AND PROTECTION & Safeguarding are implemented in a coordinated and cohesive manner.
• Regularly participate in progress review meetings and other coordination meetings.
• Lead in both the district's level project planning and implementation in consultation with the SPO/Project team to ensure the project implementations fall within the organization's strategic dimensions.
• Coordinate the development of all project implementation plans and budgets within the framework of the agreed program and strategy and project management tracker (PMT) and business plan.
• Conduct Regular field visits with 60% time in the field for updated status of ongoing activities and verification, 20% Coordination with stakeholders, and 20% for reporting in the Office.
Technical Level
• Implementing project activities as per business process and project documents.
• Support in budget reviews to ensure accuracy, and also on monthly budget versus actual reviews.
• Periodical reporting to the Supervisor, Monthly progress report to the area Office, and submit endorsement letter to the administration for the NOC process.

• Formation, revitalization, strengthening of village / community development committees/organizations by ensuring inclusion.
• Facilitate in the arrangement of IRP / donors visits to project areas
• Regular follow-up and monitoring of project activities & timely reporting of identified gaps with the best possible solutions.
• Ensure the district/area management are kept informed about assessment progress, response implementation and strategies, project plans, progress reports, and other significant developments.
• Close coordination with the line manager for effective implementation of project activities.
Working for community mobilization, Data collection for out-of-school children to safe schooling, establishing new community schools surveys in district D.I.Khan and Tank, monitoring of low enrollment GPS and GGPS, BECS, GCS, CFS and NCHD established schools, reporting and compiling data.
• Facilitate and monitor the implementation of planned activities and community-level engagements.
• To motivate and encourage potential leaders to talk to their fellow community members about the children's education and their sustainable impacts.
• To conduct baseline research of selected communities, and continue to monitor social change and new social information relevant to community mobilization.
Working on refueling of Chashma-1 and Chashma-2 for Power generation and maintenance, leading the team of Tech-I, Tech-II, Tech-III & Tech-IV, installing and operating different software for refueling period, operating and maintenance of different control panels.
Working as a site engineer at a cement crushing to production end, Power generation and transmission station, Waste Heat Recovery system, different software installed and observed their implementation. Maintaining daily based operations and reviewing progress for smooth production.
