Performing my responsibilities as Senior Program Officer Monitriong & Evaluation at Sindh Rural Support Organization SRSO at Region Shikarpur Shikarpur Region consists on three districts such as shikarpur,jacobabad & Kashmore @ Kandh Kot.

leding 2 districts shikarpur & jacobabad as District Survey Coordinaotor .The survey is data validation and assesment of flood affectees of 2022 rain floods in sindh.The Government of Sindh is donar of the project namely as SPHF Sindh peoples housing for flood affecties .Manage project resources and budget ensuring cost effectiveness and efficiency.Monitor and evalute project acivities,supervise field teams .

●              Implementing monitoring systems and designing monitoring tools.
●              Developing data collection tools.
●              Supervise Activity at community screening
●             Field visits for monitoring ongoing process of screening, referrals, verification of monthly reports.

The Treatment Support Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring DOTS of DR TB patients and that there is adherence to guidelines of DR TB program in the field.
. Liaise with GPS and BMU in their respective areas in order to send suspects TB patients to the right clinics and PMDT sites for free Gene xperts testing.
. Monitor all rules and regulations around drug storage and administration for TSs  and patients.
. Follow ups on phone calls and household visits.
. Monitor contact screening every six months of patients close family members.
. Organize TB awareness camps.
. Coordinate all other assignments and tasks with the program experts.

●              Identify CHW as per organization criteria.
●             Coordination with IYCF Promoters & Nutrition Assistants and Facility Staff.
●             In Coordination with C.H.W identify cases of malnutrition through screening and measurement of MUAC, weight and height.
●             Prepare activity plan for the screening exercise and consultation with the CHW and   OTP supervisors.
●             Supervise Activity at community screening
●             Submit reports on daily and weekly basis

●             Overall responsible for operations
●             Import  & sell Halal meat from Pakistan
●             Identification of new sale points .
●             Manage supply of shipments on time .

●             To ensure quality of work during construction of homes for flood effectives.
●             To ensure the disbursement of payment by cheque to the beneficiaries. 

●             Perform responsibility as Team Leader to manage and provide effective gaudiness
●             Responsible for supervision, Managing, Motivated team members and enumerators on daily bases.
●             To verify Data collection by GPS coordinates door to door.
●             To manage all the process of data collection, from editing and provide next day team plans and trainings before enumerations.

●             To perform responsibility in data collection analysis and learning activity. To help insure accountability and efficiency from start to finish of all programs both new and established
●             Collaborate with program development as assigned by the M & Manager and reviewing and preparing fields visit reports and observations.
●             Data collection and analysis of ongoing projects of social mobilization, CO- Formation, Credit and loan and infrastructure schemes in community of unit area.
