Maintain Point of Sale machines being used in the account’s department center running specialized retail software.
• Routine maintenance of the lecture hall’s computer systems according to agreed plans.
• Administer Service Desk Plus which is used as help desk software.
• Resolving problems related to networks.
• Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure.
• Provide data recovery to users in case of failure.
• Provide email backup/archive to users when required.
• Ensure proper recording and documentation.
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
