Project Experience: RBI Ever-Greening Studies MFC at Saudi Aramco Khursaniyah Gas Plant.
Role: As trainee engineer my responsibilities are:
Populated inspection history and operating data from P&IDs, data sheets, GA and previous risk assessments reports.
Marked inventory groups for isolated section for risk reduction and to prevent leakages.
Streamlined corrosion/piping circuits and damage mechanisms to approximate deterioration rate.
Computed OSI study involving CML/TML marking on isometric drawings and generated asset register.
Prepared asset passports for baseline inspection and dead-leg management.
Calculated POF and COF on API RBI software database and performed risk assessment.
Created process and corrosion description reports for corrosion circuits.
Evaluate the effectiveness of proposed T&I cycle (EIS) and recommend for any change needed.
Utilized E2G API RBI software to perform RBI Study and output risk analysis and inspection planning (As per SAEP-343, API 580 & API 581).
