I'm Dr.Nimrah Rashid graduate of Qims in 2017,completed my housejob from cmh quetta, worked in several departments of balochistan which are as under following
Neurosurgery department civil hospital
Under covid intensive care at mia ghundi
Binuq in urology and nephrology.
As a physician with a passion for serving underserved populations, I believe that this program would provide me with the skills and knowledge necessary to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those living in remote and marginalized areas.

I come from a family of healthcare professionals and have been exposed to the challenges faced by healthcare providers in remote areas since a young age. These experiences have instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility towards ensuring equitable access to healthcare for all individuals, regardless of their geographical location or socioeconomic status.

Throughout my medical education and clinical rotations, I have actively sought out opportunities to work with underserved populations, whether through volunteering at free clinics or participating in medical outreach programs in rural areas. These experiences have given me a firsthand understanding of the unique challenges that healthcare providers face in remote areas, including limited resources, inadequate infrastructure, and cultural and linguistic barriers.

I am confident that the Unicef would provide me with the training and support necessary to overcome these challenges and become a more effective and compassionate physician. The program's emphasis on hands-on, practical training and the use of technology to improve healthcare delivery in remote areas aligns with my own goals and values as a healthcare provider.

Moreover, I am excited about the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with other physicians from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I believe that this program would not only allow me to grow as a physician but also as a person, by exposing me to different perspectives and approaches to healthcare.
