· Infrastructure Officer will be responsible for effective and efficient management of the Watershed/ Water management and piloting water conservation models High Efficient Irrigation Systems in line with the project Processes, the budget, the time- frame, regulations as per the partnership agreement signed with the donor.
· Collaborate with the project manager, other component heads and stockholder for the efficient implementation of the component activities and sharing of progress.
· Assist project manager and Meal officer in monitoring, evaluation of the physical infrastructure component and quality progress reporting to donors.
· Regularly monitor expenditure of Watershed components, financial resources and use of assets as per approved budgets and agreements & provide regular, structured feedback and monthly reports.
· To coordinate capacity building support from donor, Meal Officer, Finance, Logistics and security sections when required.
· To ensure all necessary program documents are properly maintained and recorded properly at field level.
· To ensure smooth implementation of policies and code of conduct in respective project activities, in additional handling of beneficiaries and stockholder complaints.
· Perform other duties as required related to construction
Provide lead support in strategizing the project planning, implementation and monitoring plans.
Orientation of the newly inducted staff and building their capacity through regular feedback and mentoring support.
Effective management of human & other resources under the Project.
Work closely with Program Managers livelihood, M&E, F&A and Executive Director for compliance with donor requirements and organization's policies in project implementation.
Analyze budget of different activities, monthly/quarterly forecast, and monthly/quarterly financial follow-up related to the project and provide necessary support to the finance section.
Conduct coordination meeting with line departments, relevant working groups, NGOs and INGOs working in the project area.
Prepare monthly/mid and final narrative reports of the project by working closely with Program Managers Livelihood and P, M&E.
Review progress and planning of the various components of the project and provide technical inputs to ensure timely completion of different interventions/tasks.
Take lead in organizing donor visits and media liaison
Facilitate interface with organization's head office and other field offices.
Design, plan and manage the activities and their timely implementation according to financial frames.
Provide technical oversight to ensure quality and stander of program implementation.
Conduct staff appraisal and oversee performance.
Provide strategic inputs in planning, implementation and reporting of M&E plan.
Present the project regular updates in the management review meetings.
Provide at least 70% of his/her official time to the field activities.
Undertake any other responsibility relevant to his job description and assigned by the Executive Director.
· Develop BOQs and design for culturally appropriate, environmentally sound, disaster resilient and sustainable WASH facilities and rehabilitation work like, hand pumps, community and Govt CPI schemes in target areas.
Supervise all construction works related to water supply and sanitation including sanitation platforms, masonry foundations, laying of pipes.
Supervise installation and start-up of operations of all water supply, latrine construction activities
Design WASH and community physical infrastructure as per requirement and engineering standards.
Prepare technical designs and BOQs and ensure that all the construction work is implemented as per approved designs and engineering standards and share with relevant government departments if necessary
Ensure storage and delivery of related materials, equipment, tools and consumables on worksite and maintenance of proper records.
Plan and supervise all other environmental sanitation activities including waste drainage Lobbying / Advocacy and capacity building of target area beneficiaries.
Conduct monthly evaluation of program activities to determine the success of interventions, write routine progress reports and recommend changes in program activities to the Project officer.
Support logistic department in procurement of construction material and ensure safe storage in the community
Ensure proper documentation related to WASH and community infrastructure construction.
Handover all completed schemes to beneficiaries and line departments.
Perform other duties as required related to construction.

Sharing of the technical reports with Project Manager and take necessary guidance from SABAWON Manager Infrastructure.
Supervision of the all civil work.
Technical guidance of the communities workers/skilled labours for accomplishment of the job according to engineering specifications
Facilitation of communities in effective utilization and maintenance of the provided facilities.
Coordination with Project Manager.
Taking any required step, in close consultation with the Project Manager to ensure successful implementation of the project.
• Regular coordination with implementing partners’ Field Engineers regarding WASH component.
• Support IP, s field engineers in the preparation of designs and BOQs for water supply Schemes, Latrines, Hand Washing stations and drainage schemes.
• Monitoring of WASH (Hard component) in the targeted CBE centers and catchment area.
• Provide feedback and Technical support to Implementing partners, Field Engineers.
• Verification of Implementing partners, Field work and issue completion Certificates for completed construction work duly signed by Project Manager Education and EH.
• Conduct monthly evaluation of program activities to determine the success of interventions, write routine progress reports and recommend changes in program activities to Project Manager and EH team.
• Report all WASH activities to project Manager and Senior EH Manager in a timely manner as well ensure cross cutting issues mainstreaming in WASH facilities construction.
• Participate in handing over ceremonies of completed schemes by implementing partners.
