I am working in Tetra Tech Co. Ltd Saudi Arabia. Tetra Tech is leading industrial services company covering Middle East in the field of Supply of materials, installation, commissioning, testing and startup operations of small, medium and large scale dairy, beverages, water, food, confectionary, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. It is contracting company My main duties performed in different project are

1) Al-Safi Danone

I am site engineer at Al-Safi Danone from Tetra Tech Site. My main duties are as
 Conducting the meeting with the client regarding jobs
 Visiting the site to prepare BOQ for necessary drawings
 Planning, supervision and execution of the jobs
 Support the project team

My major projects are

 Installation and piping of 02 units of Ammonia Falling Film chiller (including compressors, condenser, Low pressure vessels) of 2.25 MW cooling capacity. Is was cooling the process return water from +6 degree centigrade to +1 degree centigrade with flow rate of 386 cubic meter per hour under the supervision of Clauger, France
 Installation, piping and ducting 04 number of AHU (Air Handling Units) HVAC, under the supervision of Clauger, France
 Installation, piping and ducting of 18 units of FCU (Fan Coil Units), HVAC
 Installation and piping of water softener
 Installation and piping work of new juice Machine Named Federal, Ermi, Tetra top, A3 Speed
 Installation of piping of Dairy product, CIP and utility lines.
 Good knowledge in Designing & Fabrication and drawings

I have work experience as “Project Engineer” for installation of Boilers and Noodle factory. My job responsibilities include

 To design layout of whole factory
 Installation of 2 Steam Boilers of 300kg/h capacity each
 Installation Dosing system, Water Softener, Feed cum condensate tank, Fuel Oil tank, Blow down tank and whole piping.
 Installation of Air compressed chiller
 Installation of Noodle factory

I have worked in Sapphire Fibers Limited as Mechanical Engineer in Maintenance Department. My job responsibilities include

o To assist DGM Engineering.
o To ensure 100 % smooth operation of machines on daily basis.
o Responsible for corrective and preventive and shutdown maintenance.
o Outsourcing of maintenance jobs.
o Communication with Venders/Suppliers.
o Maintaining sufficient inventory of spares.
o To ensure healthy and safe working environment
o Handsome experience of centrifugal pumps, Valves, Gears, Steam trap and rotary machines

Worked at Bagasse Based Cogeneration Power Plant (26MW) USM.I got experience in following areas
o Erection and Installation of Power Plant.
o Installation of Motors and their Control Centers (Starters), VFD’s, Breakers, Relays for making and breaking system and execution of faults in them and operations of ACB’s and VCB's
o Commissioning & troubleshooting activities in Low & Medium Voltage Panels.
o Electrical Installation of Machinery, Substation Panels and Energy Meters and preparing monthly Power statement of all vicinities of the Plant.
o Lying of Overhead transmission lines and PVC cables and their Cable size calculation, jointing, terminations and their insulation testing.
o Installation of Transformers and testing.
