Responsible for timely inspection and maintenance of Lifts and MHEs.
Responsible of looking maintenance work, masonry work, carpenter work and plumbing and painting work.

Coordination with managers in liaison of company SOPs to resolve any administrative issues.
Responsible for arranging events and food for the visitors and customers in the facility.
To facilitate security department for issuance and receiving of gate passes.
