Holds a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Baluchistan, bringing strong expertise in Community engagement, Community Development, case management, child protection, Community Administrative, Community Grievance, and psychosocial support. Skilled in mobilization, monitoring, and coordination, ensuring impactful interventions for vulnerable communities. Proficient in MS Office, MIS databases, and multiple languages, enabling effective communication and project execution. Passionate about social welfare, with a proven track record in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and humanitarian services.
Case Management for Individual Children and their Families:
The caseworker will provide quality case management services to children who have experienced or are at risk of violence, abuse, neglect, and exploitation or are otherwise vulnerable in line with the available Balochistan Case Management Guidelines.
Guide children and their families through the case management process (identification and registration, assessment, case planning, implementation of the case plan, follow-up and review, and case closure) as outlined in the Case Workers Manual (part of the above guidance)
Provide psychosocial support and emotional support to children and families throughout the case management process.
Conduct safe referrals to essential services as appropriate, and follow up to ensure services provided were responsive to the needs identified within the assessment. Community and Interagency Coordination:
