·         Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting cash flow reports related to accounts receivables.
·         Reconciling the customer ledgers to ensure that all payments are accounted for and accurately posted.
·         Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and ensuring all payments/ receipts have been accurately recorded in relevant period.
·         Monitor all collection activities and develop processes to improve cash flow and downsize receivables.
·         Maintaining appropriate level of funds in bank accounts.
·         Negotiation of terms with partner banks / leasing companies and preparation of documents for new lease agreements.
·         Transfer of leased assets to owned assets at maturity and insuring compliances on all legal matters.
·         Maintain lease records of Vehicle / Machinery / Stocks.
·         Maintain Insurance record of vehicles / machinery / stocks / employees health & life insurance.
·         Recording monthly lease & insurance expenses.
·         Dealing insurance claims with relevant insurance companies and ensuring strict compliance of agreements.
·         Active participation in implementation of SAP S/4 Hana A.R Division.
·         Operational activities like buying and selling of cars / annual dinners / sports events.
