Dear Sir/Madam,

I have experience of working with more than 20 implementing and operational partners and was working for a caseload of more than 3 million refugees at a time. I have experience of programme formulation and budgeting, programme review and reports on various stages of programmme. I was responsible for facilitating and coordinating
partners for programme implementation. I have vast experience of preparing major sector specific concept papers, reports, project proposals, project specific reports to donors, UN-Implementing Support Plan (UNISP), briefing notes, country report and in-puts on health and nutrition during preparation of Country Operational Plan.

I have successfully completed the major task of providing technical and financial assistance to more than 20 non- governmental organizations (NGOs) and the government implementing partners on health, nutrition, HIV-AIDS, sanitation and vector control programmes during emergencies and care and maintenance phases of programmes.

I have extensive experience in management, establishing policy guidelines and monitoring standards, coordination. Negotiations with donors, government, NGOs, civic and religious leaders, UN and other agencies and the most important are the beneficiary population.

Field monitoring provides first hand information on programme/projects implementation and give a chance for communication with stakeholders including beneficiary, focusing mainly on women and children. I was responsible for establishing the policy guidelines, programme management tools, strategic planning, networking, organizational development, monitoring, evaluation and assisted for fund raising.

I possess skills and developed guidelines and supported community based interventions and ensured community involvement and participation for their own health. I was responsible for managing partners in line with the agreement, provided technical support and guidance, programme and financial monitoring and feedback to the partners.

I was assigned the task of coordination with donors, organizations and other UN agencies as well as government authorities at federal and provincial and district levels. oordinated and advocated UNHCR gender policies as UNHCR Gender focal points and represented UNHCR on a forum, the International Gender and Development (INGAD) from 2003 to February 2005. I was responsible to prepare, chair and document the annual health and pharmacy management coordination meetings twice a year and daily/weekly coordination meetings during emergency. The coordination area was broad based with UN agencies, Government, NGOs,and the beneficiary population.

I was the focal person for coordinating Joint Food Assement Mission JFAM), writing reports on health and nutrition and coordinate implementation of recommendations. Adopted and modified UNHCR guidelines on supplementary feeding for Afghan refugees in Pakistan.

I have a long standing experience of procurement at national level for essential drugs, consumable, laboratory, labour- room and community health workers supplies carryout needs assessment of supplies and warehouses staff skills and training needs, procurement planning guidelines strategies, inspection, plan and organize distribution to
implementing partners at country level. I was responsible to assists and coordinate international procurement of vaccines, cold chain and laboratory equipment, insecticides and special medicines for malaria and leishmaniasis control programmes.

I am fully conversant with Programme/project management procedures and system and have successfully completed operational Management Learning Programme (OMLP) training (distance learning training on programme management acirc one year programme).

I have fully demonstrated a number of programme related functional competencies required for programming and for the post in an effective way which was fully appreciated by the programme. Over the years the office got benefited from my inputs/contribution by having cost-effective and an efficient integrated health, nutrition, HIV-AIDS and vector control programme/operation which not only benefited the refugees in the delivery of services in all sectors but also saved organization its valuable financial and human resources amounting to millions of dollars over last more than twenty years.
