Tehsil Communication Officer (TCO) in COMnet Program CTC - 13-Series          April,19, 2022 to Present Interpret the national and provincial communication strategies to the tehsil.Developing social mobilization targets and communication plans.Identification of communication issues at UC, area level and communicate them with concern partner to obtain their support to address them.Monitoring of activities implemented by UC staff. Support UCCOs and Social Mobilizers with communication issues during campaign days in the field. Participate in evening meeting during campaign days at tehsil level and provide feedback and communication intervention. Lead on challenge mapping at tehsil level and ensure that the same is updated regularly.Ensure the highest level of coordination and collaboration DEOC on all PEI activities as per the NEAP. Ensure AS and team training are supported for the IPC components. Supervise and support engagement with refusals families.Ensure social Mobilization component of the micro plans is updated by the communication staff. Participate in DPEC meetings for campaign preparedness and feedback of communication. 
Using a client centered approach, work together with survivors or children at risk to establish action plans based on the needs identified and ensure adequate safety plans exist for the clients.       
Ensures that safeguarding standards are understood and met and ensures a safe and child-friendly atmosphere in the Child Friendly Space.
Ensure mapping of service providers including government departments and civil society organizations to support CPO in establishing district-based Referral Mechanism.

·         Manger for Communication related matters in Union Council.
·         Data analysis and assessment by the help of UCDO and DSC data.
·         Communication Interventions and Social Mobilization activities through CPAT.
·         Social profiling and Social mapping of Union Council including list of Influencers from area.
·         Participation in UPEC meeting for Communication related matters.
·         Coordinating in Micro Plan focus on Social Mobilization sheet and other communication sheets.
·         Participation in training specially focus on IPC and Communication in AS and Team trainings.
·         Monitoring and Supervision of teams and AS during campaign specially IPC with House Holds.
·         Submitting of quarterly and monthly reports with Tehsil Communication Officer.
Ensure that all interventions are in-line with the strategy, and CP Minimum Standards.

Ensure proper use of referral pathways in the field and assist the children and their families to access legal, educational, health, vocational and other services.

·         Training of AS and CHWs focusing on AFP, IPC, Vaccine Management, MC book and Polio updates.
·         Planning and implementation of communication interventions for refusals families in community.
·         Follow up for missed children and planning for post catch to vaccinate missed children.
·         Analytical review of data and target variations in each SIA.
·         Compilation and submission of data with Supervisor and concern authorities.

·         Survey for registration of under five children in book registration pre campaign process.
·         Micro planning, Area demarcation among CHWs and mapping of area pre campaign process.
·         Participating in UPEC meeting to address the issues of last round of OPV.
·         Attending trainings specially IPC and administration of OPV to children.
·         Monitoring and validation of Micro plan at area level.
·         Monitoring during intra campaign through checklist and clusters.
·         Follow up for missed children and making plan for tracking and vaccinating through go back.
·         Compilation and submission of data to supervisor and higher authorities.

·         Creating of communication among communities for project awareness.
·         Communication interventions where pocket of refusals recorded.
·         To create demand of OPV by planning and conduction Social Mobilization activities.
·         Analysis and assessment of recorded refusals during SIAs.
·         Training of FLWs specially focuses on Inter Personnel Communication IPC.
·         Updating of Social Profile and Social Map for interaction among community utilizing social institutions.
·         Identification of Influencer for influencing local community for vaccination in Shias and RI.

·         Participate and engaged in Emergency relief work with initially effective people.
·         To make sure supply mechanism of food and other supplements to the flood affected communities.
·         Planning and estimating quantity and numbers of aids coming for disturbed comminutes
·         Monitoring and conducting of base line survey for registration of IDPs in camps.
·         Reporting and submitting of data from daily dairies with higher officials.
