Mr. Mujahid Ali holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Anthropology from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad. He is an experienced professional, having diverse understanding in strategic planning, improving operational efficiency, team building, project management, planning, monitoring, and implementation. Able to quickly understand complex concepts, identify and solve problems, turn ideas into logical strategies, and implement systems that optimize productivity and customer satisfaction, decrease vacancy rates and increase the bottom line. Skilled in managing cross-functional teams, an efficient team player with the important ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. He is currently serving as General Manager at Serendipity Technology and has previously worked with many national and international organizations such as British Council, Oxford Policy Management (OPM), GIZ-GFA, AAN Associates, and WWF and has managed and supervised multiple projects throughout Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
As Logistic Coordinator/Field Researcher, I performed the following duties:
o Managed and Supervised field data collection team
o Provided administrative and logistical support during field activities/events (transportation, venue bookings and invoice management etc.)
o Facilitated field team in data collection (FGDs, KIIs, IDIs and Community Dialogues).
