· Prepare weekly/Monthly/Quarterly work plans
· Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports
· Develop strategy of community interaction for the social mobilization & training team in the region
· Submission of Monthly Variance reports for each month.
· Submission of write up on Good Practices in the region on quarterly basis
· Facilitation of regional teams in all kinds of surveys
· Data Maintenance of VDOs maturity assessments
· Preparation and submission Performance Improvement Program (PIP), Dash Board Report (DBR)
· Identify and arrange introductory meetings with the contact persons for the program expansion.
· Prepare a profile of the village by collecting data on village statistics particularly on status of the village population and division into better off, well off, poor, poorest and destitute.
· Design and impart Capacity building trainings for community, children groups and as will for social organizers.
· Impart training to community such as BCMST, ACMST, Conflict management and leadership management trainings etc.
· Design and impart training to social organizer such as participatory rural approach, TOT on different subject and social mobilization etc.
· Performance Assurance and timely deliverables of the social mobilization and Economic Development program activities
· Ensuring implementation of HDF’s social mobilization and economic development strategy
· Coordination and facilitation of annual planning at community level, Section level and then at regional level and its transformation into workable action plan.
· Identification and feasibility preparation of profitable joint venture
· Monitoring and Evaluation of social mobilization and economic development activities
· Preparation of monthly and quarterly Report and case studies
· Participates in program planning and budgeting at regional level
· Facilitate communities to form community Organization as per social mobilization policy of HDF
· Ensure the rules & regulation of the VDOs are in place
· Give social guidance to the organized communities.
· As a resource person, arrange trainings for the PTC/VDO/subcommittees.
· Need assessment of the communities/SA
· Preparation of Need assessment/Situational analysis reports
· Ensure achievement of social mobilization & training related goal of HDF with in due time
· Preparation of the village Development plan (VDP) with the organized communities
· Link up the communities with the line agencies and access to their resources.
· Identify Training needs of social mobilization staff in the region
· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual reports about social mobilization activities for submission to the Program Manager-SM & Training.
· Record keeping of Village Development Organizations/VDOs/Committees at regional level
· Act as a Resource person for community Trainings.
· Facilitate the community organizations and Regional Health team in achieving HDF health Goals.
· Facilitate Regional Education team in achieving HDF Education Goals.
