Coordinate and supervise projects in the assigned area.

My Major Activities in Aga Khan Economic and Planning Board were:
Develop and manage budget for each project,
annual work plan,
weekly staff meetings,
the monthly reporting format,
issues schedule,
risk schedule and financial reports to track the project performance and keep it on target,

Main activities and Responsibilities at Biyar local Support Programe:
Play a leading role in the formation and development of village community organizations. Ensure that the formation and development of the community organizations follows principles of participatory sustainable development.
Facilitate the community organizations in the selection and planning of their developmental activities using participatory and social organization techniques.
Together with the villagers, identify and select the activists and assist them in performance of their duties.
Assist in the identification of training needs of the activists/office bearer and make necessary arrangements for training.
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports.
Coordination with line department in conducting of exposure visit of the community members
