SALE CONTRACT:-
1- Coordination with ERP team for new codes generation (*e.g. Customer/Agent/Comm. Beneficiary codes etc.)
2- New Contract Issuance / Amendment in sales contract & Commission Note
LETTER OF CREDIT:-
1- Email follow up with customer / agents for LC opening & necessary amendments in LC Draft
2- Responsible for LC reading & feeding in ERP of assigned clients / Mills
Follow up with Agents / Customers:-
1- Updating to all customers / agents with exact Shipment status after coordination with custom clearing agent / Shipping Line / Export team etc.
2- Follow up with documentation team for revision of shipment documents (if required)
3- Responsible to submit complete Export Dispatch detail to customers / agents on timely basis
4- Responsible to send export shipments documents to customer / agents on timely basis
5- Responsible for timely replies to all queries related to export system process
Follow up with Banks:-
1- LC follow up from Local bank / Karachi branch or from Karachi Office (MTM)
2- Responsible to arrange AWB number from local banks against dispatch of original bank documents
3- Follow up of FTT (*e.g. commission / Claim amounts) after getting information from Export team
4- Coordination with bank for Acceptances, Payment confirmation of relevant bank invoices etc.
5- Responsible to arrange bank letters regarding change in LC tenor, DA basis docs etc.
Follow up with Shipping Lines:
1- Follow up with S/L for arrangement of Free Time, Extension request in Free Time, Waive off of any extra port charges, etc.
2- General follow up with S/L for container shipment status, Extra time for GATE IN of shipment etc.
3- Issuance of Letter to S/L in case required for any amendment, new issuance of B/L, Free Time or against extension time request etc.
