Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide technical, full-time, on-site inspection of the progress and quality of the construction work performed.
• Inspection/ Supervision of construction activities at site like, Concrete activities, reinforcement of concrete structures as per Project Specification,
• Reviews and provides input into field related submittals as required.
• Monitors and solving the quality related issues with contractor.
• Inspection/ Supervision of Infrastructure works
• To ensure the construction work as per standers and project specification.
• Prepares daily oversight inspection reports and enters them into the Construction.
• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets
• Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders.
• Applying personal technical knowledge and experience to the development and delivery of technical training for graduate engineers.
• Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification.
• Producing and processing financial measurements.
• Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly records.
• Working closely with all levels of management, engineers and field operations staff.
• Investigating and Preparing mix design of normal and self-compacting concrete for required strength

• Ensuring that all construction works are performed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications
• Provide technical, full-time, on-site inspection of the progress and quality of the construction work performed.
• Maintaining a detailed diary of the day’s work activities, issues, work approved or rejected, hours of operation, labor and equipment used, etc. and sign at the end of each day. •
• Conduct and control all project inspection and QA/QC activities related to structural work.
• Reviews and provides input into field related submittals as required.
• Preparing inspection reports and site records
• Study of Drawings and Provide Survey data to surveyor, Supervise Cutting & filing for a Structure.
• Making of bar bending schedules.
• Checking of BBS with shop drawing/ IFC.
• Ordering of steel for different element of building in accordance with BBS/Shop drawing.
• Supervision and Preparing of Drawings for making of good level for Lean Concrete.
• Supervision and Making Drawings for Prime Coating, Waterproofing sheet membrane,
• Arrangement of Site Inspection with Consultant Engineers for Approval.
• Provide BBS to the Steel Forman for Cutting of steel bars as per drawings.
• Supervision of Installation of Steel bars and Water stop as per drawings.
• Managing machinery where required.
• Making daily/weekly/monthly progress report
• To ensure the quality control of material, construction work rotten material as per standers and project specification.
• Prepares daily oversight inspection reports and enters them into the Construction.
• Supervising Projects: including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors.

Construction of northern section of ring road Peshawar a mega project in Pakistan with highway width of 43m and 10km in length to complete the missing link of ring road, Project include construction of highway, bridges, flyovers, underpasses, service road, Accommodation Buildings , Administration Building , and other small structures .

• Providing specialist direction on unusual or difficult engineering issues

• Checking and correction of drawing according to Specification
• Ordering machinery and materials as per site requirements
• Monitoring environmental protection measures & reporting of any hazards/incidents.
• Ensuring that all engineering activities are correctly casted and the complete design is delivered to the agreed budget.
• Participating in project engineering reviews, studies and site investigations.
• Having contractual and commercial input to the civil engineer aspects of projects.
• Ensuring that all design work that is produced on a project is of a sufficient quality to avoid any errors or rework.
• Working closely with all levels of management, engineers and field operations staff.
• Setting up project procedures and relevant quality forms.
