Now a days I am working with the acted with the WFP project Unconditional Relief Transfer to Vulnerable Flood affected Communities. Targeting & Assessment of Beneficiaries of Targeted Population. Safe Distribution of NFI & Food Items.CO Formation & Implementation. Capacity Building & Structural Activities. Unconditional Cash Grant Relief through Financial Service Providers. Open the center and monitoring the conditional work activates, report writing on the MS word ,as well maintain the hard and soft documentation process.
 

Prepare material and deliver health education session messages and topics addressed to different population regarding hygiene, diseases prevention insure all patients and care taker are well informed, according to protocol, about health and related issues and services provided. Monitor health situation and living conditions of population  by conducting nutritional screening, identify people with medical problem, contact with medical team and report for immediate transfer it needed. Talk to individual land  forster their positive mental health and the personal growth. Evaluate patients needs and accommodates. Counseling provides counseling by leading group or individual session. Forensic works with law enforcement officials and act as expert in various legal cases assesses competency work with the witness  and perform psychological evaluation. Clinical work to prevent diagnose and treat mental disorder and work with the physicians to determine the best  course of treatment  for patient.

Establish community OTP centers for refer or walk in case ,daily screening for the all children ,daily  nutrition promotion session with the group of the care takers, care to acutely malnourished children ,individual nutritional counseling for the care taker, RUTF treatment ,Brest  feeding corner for counseling, demonstration, KEY messages on Brest feeding, complementary feeding for children 6 to 24 month ,food demonstration provision  promotion of the micro nutrients for children 6 to 24 months ,development of the ice material  for nutrition awareness session

I worked as a master trainer and trained lots of the SMC members GOVT officials  and community leaders at sukkur in sindh community mobilization program project funded by USAID, Data Collection, conducting trainings on the grant provided by the USAID as well conducting trainings on the effective social mobilizations, developing trainings of financial management for SMC member to enhance their capacity in financial record keeping  (Village profile, School Data, Nutrition Survey Assessment of the neighboring school for construction school, Stack holder analyses/ celebrate the school annual day arrange d the program like cultural day , Meetings with Community, SMC and Teachers, Conducted Trainings (Teachers, SMC, Sub Committees and Community)Conducting( PRA)Participatory Rural Appraisal  sighining ceremony Celebrate the Hand washing day/ Children day SMC Diagnose/ Arrange the enrollment campaign Formation of Sub Committees Giving the Trainings to teachers and SMC member about the roles and MOU(Memorandum of understanding) responsibilities of the SMC Sub committees, Teachers and communities

Working experience
Worked as breast feeding counselor with save the children in nutrition department based with shikarpur. To work with IYCF infant young child feeding on exclusive breast feeding 0-6 moth.  0- 59 months. Identification for PW,LW women referred them in the OTP, INPATIENT CARE UNIT and SFP. Conducted the session to lactating and the pregnant ladies for clinically well of children muck to children and (SAM)women provide the (RUTF) with the LW and PW women about the exclusive breast feeding.

I have further worked with European Union Election Observation Mission as a facilitator/ Monitor in sukkur, Ghotke, Noshehro feroz, and khairpur. There merely job responsibilities were to facilitate and assist in organizing  and translating meeting with the election stakeholders, helping observer to get a comprehensive approach and an over view of their area of responsibility regarding social, cultural as well as political aspect linking  long term observer with civil society organization and liaison role with the local authorities cbos, NGO Communities and police forces. Working experience I worked as a District Information Officer for Shikarpur Sindh, Assist DCO and district Govt on planning, Prepare reports, meeting minutes. Coordination with NADRA, USAID, Govt, Conduct coordination meetings with D.Cs, District field officers. Coordinate activities with district Govt of Shikarpur and all other organizations working in district. Gathering information gaps and communicating it to organizations, responsible for disseminating information from community to Govt and all humanitarian organizations by information products like Service directory, information campaigns through SMS, T.V , radio, awareness sessions, Preparation of human network and communities. Preparation of communication messages on different issues. Create Human Networks in each village for information enhancement human network etc to identify the gaps & issues as well as have to solve the gap

To Supervise vocational trainings courses for community, large community meeting and  mother groups coordinate with NFE and Literacy enter teachers, supervision of NFE and literacy centers as well  BMST (Business Management Skills Training) it was regarding Micro Finance Loan which was given to the poor communities for starting the micro level business And CMST (Community Management Skill Training. This skill training was increase and polish the skills of community like Sewing, Cutting, Beautician Applic and art work in this way they can start the micro level business, also monitor the  LMST (Livestock Management Skill Training) This training was for look after animals like Goats, Hen, Cows & Buffaloes and how to do the business with the animals. Provide them micro loan to reduce the poorly  among poor community.

work closely with communities for the establishment of WASH and sanitation facilities in the operation areas. to reduce the risk of water and sanitation related communicable diseases by promoting good hygiene practice in communities. Coordinate with stakeholders to provide technical input wherever required To conduct WASH assessment on targeted area. To demonstrate the use of WASH specific items which need special knowledge for operation and maintenance, especially when using chemical i.e. water purification tablets, water treatment equipment\'s. To conduct participatory approach in promoting good water, sanitation and hygiene practices in targeted area, To conduct participatory monitoring of water and sanitation facilities usage and maintenance with community, To inform local authority and health department if there is outbreak in community that requires immediate response, To document schedule plan, field report and update to Hygiene Promotion Team Leader in timely manner
