GUARD RICE MILLS, the latest and most modern rice milling/processing facility constructed by Yanmar of Japan was commissioned in 1989. Today the mill has a capacity of 12.5 tons per hour with state-of-the-art processing equipment and control.
INTERNSHIP: (Feb 2022– Conti)
– Food quality checking: Performed different tests (such as aflatoxin test, approximate analysis and hardness etc.) to check and appraises the quality of rice, pasta, paddy and salts.
– HACCP learning: Learned and practice about types of hazards and principles of HAACP.
Education start-up funded by Stanford University that teaches professional skills to students and corporations.
INTERNSHIP/AMBASSADORSHIP: (Nov 2021– Dec 21)
– Leadership: Lead the UAF in coordination with Amal team and collected a total of 4300+ application in a duration of 1 month
Halal Research Council is an organization working globally on Halal certifications in order to cater the needs of food and nutrition agencies and side by side non-food agencies, especially in the FMCG sectors.
INTERNSHIP: (Apr 2021− June 2021)
– Expertise: in review article writing (by reviewing 10 research articles and then write a review article) and research (search the revenue, employees, contact and progress of 20 Russian beverage companies). Also joined several webinars and pieces of training on the Halal Industry
