Provide technical support and assist in the development and implementation of cash-based transfer - unconditional and conditional -FFA activities within the specific area of work and timelines.
Prepare a range of reports and data analysis and highlight trends/issues ensuring deliverables adhere to corporate standards and quality control.

· The MEAL Officer is primarily responsible for implementing functional MEAL system for the project.

· Participating in the preparation of benchmarks and monitoring plan for all the project components
· Building capacities of Community Organizations, and formation of COs and VOs
· Facilitating the communities in formulation of Village Development Plans and conducting Village meetings
· Facilitate the communities in identification of Community Physical Infrastructure projects and participants for other activities like CMST, LMST, IGT, Vocational Trainings, PEW, Enterprise and Manager Conferences.
· Facilitate the community in Project Planning, Implementation and Monitoring and Evaluation
· Assisting in the Training Need Assessment of the potential trainees and participating in the selection process of the trainees for capacity building and Livelihood trainings
· Participating in monitoring activities against the benchmarks and according to the monitoring plan for all the project components
· Providing inputs for monthly progress reports
· Providing inputs for an interim report on the achievements of the project and the lessons learnt, by each quarter
· Record keeping of different activities and COs at office level and monitor record books of community at CO level.
· Forward resolutions of COs of different activities to concerned sections.
· To ensure that each registered IDP gets facilitation as per organizational defined criteria
· To hold information campaign regarding the dates, venue and timing of activities
· To avoid the crowd to be panic in receiving their facilities
· To convince and address the issues of non-registered IDPs on individual basis
