Major responsibilities included managing and organizing, from planning and developing programmes to impact analysis, capacity building initiatives that include training for government teachers, head teachers from different regions of Balochistan and BOC and PIT staff from Balochistan; and, Certificate course on early childhood education (ECD)for teachers, head teachers and teacher educator from different regions of Balochistan

Worked as Faculty Member (Professional Development Teacher) in Aga Khan University, Institute for Educational Development- Professional Development Centre, North (PDCN- Gilgit). Major responsibilities included: conducting and facilitating Professional Development Programmes offered by AKU-PDCN. Facilitated sessions for UNICEF Child-Friendly Schools’ project for teachers, head teachers and school management committees, Women Leadership programmes, Advanced Diploma in Primary Education, Certificate in Educational Leadership & Management, Content reinforcement workshops. Besides, worked in one of the ‘Whole School Improvement Programme’ (WSIP) schools, which was a flagship programme of PDCN. Conducted baseline survey in two schools in District Astore selected for WSIP 2007- 08. Also, worked on school improvement processes and Quality Assessment for a selected school in Gilgit. During this period, I also facilitated a number of sessions for partner schools.
