PRODUCTION ENGINEER (SMS)
Supervising and Process Monitoring of EBT Electric Arc Furnace (15 TON Capacity).
Well versed with the production of SAE-1006,SAE-1008,SR-24,SR-30,and Gr-60 steel grades by EAF.
Process report writing to keep the record for production analysis and downtimes analysis.
Managing proper scrap for furnace by coordinating with the scrap handling team.
To follow up and ensure availability of adequate stock of daily consumable for production by keeping in touch with the inventory management team.
Monitoring Refractory lining work of EAF and LRF to ensure proper lining work to be done as per procedure for furnace smooth operation.
Review and prepare consumables list for production.
ENGINEER REFRACTORY /MAINTENANCE (SMS)
Supervising and controlling all activities of the refractory installation of EBT Electric Arc Furnace (40 Ton), ladles and Tundishes.
Process Monitoring, Operating conditions of EBT Electric Arc Furnace, Ladles, Tundish operations and other refractory linings work.
Investigating and reporting for any unusual occurrences on refractory such as breakout and failures.
Monitoring maintenance/ repair work of ladle slide gate mechanism.
Coordinating with all sections throughout the production process regarding any refractory repair work.
To review daily plans of the jobs to be performed and schedule jobs in accordance with operating requirements and priority.
To follow up and ensure availability of adequate stock of daily consumable material for operational, repair and maintenance work.
