§ Planning, coordinating, supervising and monitoring on a day-to-day basis the implementation of the supply activities in the project as specified by the line manager, ensuring compliance to MSF standards, protocols and procedures.
§ Order management: Responsible for the supply administration, the correct filing and archiving of supply database and the efficient processing and follow up of orders and requests
§ Procurement: Responsible for purchase management, in particular the follow up of purchases, preparation, together with the Logistics Manager, market assessments, contracts and supplier evaluations and communication with local suppliers for the status of purchase orders, claims and complaints
§ Coordinating and leading the team under his/her responsibility including the definition of each person's tasks (daily supervision and checking the quality of their work), drawing up working schedule.
§ In conjunction with the SupplyActivityOfficer, ensure that the right items and quantities are on stock, following the consumption data - in order to increase the stock release rate and economize the procurement activity.
§ Supervise the correct filing of data (hard and soft copies) in the supply department. Especially register all finalized and approved import customs declarations and exemptions. Enter the customs declaration number into the cargo-follow up file.
§ Receiving goods arriving to the store, checking its status/condition and amounts in the waybill.
§ Preparing outgoing items in a clean and optimized way by appropriately packing, sealing and labeling goods, assisting with recording the exits on stock cards and project form, and ensuring good quality of cold chain when needed.
§ Ensuring that goods are well organized and stored in a clean area to be visible and traceable i.e., assisting in the stock inventory, storing items accordingly to nature and use, and ensuring that the temperature in the store is appropriate and items that require cold chain are correctly stored.
§ Carrying out basic maintenance of the store, ensuring security conditions (keeping unauthorized staff out, locking etc.
§ Ensuring cleanliness, proper use of storage and maintenance of the equipment and tools provided, informing superiors of any incident that may occur in the course of his/her work.
Help the program leads, partners in taking data-informed decisions based on monitoring and evaluation data and findings.
Assist in developing analysis dashboards against project indicators at provincial level.
Ensure that data is collected and entered data management system on a regular basis.
Validate data for completeness, correctness, consistency and follow up on any data quality issues
§ To manage the planning, implementation and monitoring of Social Mobilization/Communication activities to enhance the awareness of the community for Polio & Routine vaccination.
§ Provide technical and administrative oversight to District Communication Officers (TCOs/DCOs) in the low performing areas of their respective UC to ensure data- driven/evidence based monthly communication plans are developed and implemented at UC and cluster levels.
§ Document key communication interventions, initiatives, progress made in the low performing areas/clusters, barriers faced, continuing challenges, solutions explored and action taken to overcome the challenges.
§ Coordination with key partners (Government and World Health Organization), religious/opinion leaders, Influencers, NGOs, CBOs, Youth forum, Women Groups etc to ensure high quality programme planning and implementation in the UC.
§ Participate in preparation of realistic catch-up plans for missed children and monitor their implementations.
§ Regular field visits to BHUs and conducting the community meetings frequently.
§ Performing community mobilization activities at community level in accordance with the culture and norms of the target population.
§ Conflict resolution if faced during the project implementation among the beneficiaries on the project activities through social conflict resolution process.
§ Monitoring all the project activities being carried out by the DSM and will reflect them in their daily reports which will be submitting to Monitoring Officer and District Support Manger.
§ Acting as bridge between community members and the project staff.
§ Collect data as required by the program as per formats being issued to them from time to time by the management staff.

§ Perform interpersonal communication (IPC) and counseling with families having pregnant women, children vulnerable to polio and susceptible to other communicable diseases.
§ Accompany house-to-house team, facilitating entry in all houses allowing team to initiate queries on immunization and providing information on all. § Involve in pre-round activities by making fixed site mobilization plan, informing beneficiaries, organize rallies, and conduct polio class, ensuring mosque announcements 1or 2 days before the round§ § Identify and seek support from influencers, school teachers, religious leaders, etc. in convincing resistant families to get the child immunized.§ Conduct meeting with neighborhood people, mothers, resistant family members, influencers, and Lady Health Workers (LHWs) to dispel misconception about the vaccine and to encourage resistant families to immunize their children and influence others to do so.§ Facilitate linkage and partnership with stake holders and front line service providers like LHWs, private practitioners or traditional healers in her high risk area (HRA) for identifying all likely non-acceptors and counsel and motivate them by addressing misconceptions and fear for oral polio vaccine (OPV).§ § Conduct survey of high risk area(HRA) to list all eligible children under five years of age, pregnant women, and available resources like-school, madrassa, health post, etc. in that area.
