Working with GBV survivors in south Punjab ( Multan, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan and Khanewal) also added new learning in my experience.
I am good in field work as a researcher and able to perform well in office due to my diversified experience gained by working many years in social and development sector.
My job as senior field officer in MdM polished my skills of capacity building, linkages development and networking.
While working with communities of south Punjab I gained familiarity of real issues related to women and youth.in context of deprivation of Sexual and reproductive Health Right, health issues of women in rural areas and Social injustice. I have also worked on Community Infrastructure Restoration and CBDRM. In District Multan, Muzaffergarh, Taunsa and Layyah. DRR assessments in District Rajan Pur and Multan. Gained experience of working in disaster areas by establishing Women Friendly spaces and promoting kitchen gardening.
I have diversified experience of working in a highly pressurized environment and dealing successfully with vulnerable people in difficult circumstances both individually and as a team leader. I am also flexible to work extra hours and travel of far flung areas to accomplish tasks and project deadlines.
