Arranging Pakistani visas for expats upon requirement
Supervising and ensuring that hotel reservation, travel arrangements, country clearance requests, and information/welcome packages are completed.
Drafting and floating operational RFPs, RFQs, receive proposals, formulate evaluation committees, providing guidance on the evaluation process to the committee members.
Critically reviewing the expense reports/ trip reports to ensure the accuracy of claims, following up with the travelers for revised claims for minute but significant changes before the approval of Director Operations to avoid any unnecessary cost and to ensure its relevance to the project.
Ensuring the provision of monthly supplies of expendable materials such as stationery, kitchen as well as cleaning supplies at office and the COP’s house.

Providing day to day IT related tasks in the Project Office extending remote assistance to the regional as well as TAP field offices.
Serve as the Immediate and first line of user support for queries and questions related to the IT
Working on the AD, DC, DNS, DHCP, MSSQL and Oracle on Windows Server 2008 & 2012.
Maintain the Domain Environment, daily backup and occasional recovery for File Server, VPN, routers.
Configuration & troubleshooting of IT Equipment both in hardware and software.
Extending support to various project sections i.e. M&E, Communication, Grants, Finance, Program and Administration and higher management including capacity development in internal and external communication and coordination.
Maintaining IT related equipment, part, documentation and license of the TAP project.
Assist CCTV system, Bio-metric attendance system, Configuring and updating the Smartphone’s.
