I am a committed, motivated and confident individual with multi-tasking managerial and organizational skills and work experience spread over 32 years. Easy going by nature, I am a professional having vast experience in Housing finance and was associated with a leading development financial institution of Pakistan (HBFC ) with a proven record of leading multiple business functions at different levels from Branch Manager to Zonal Manager, Regional Manager and to the highest level of MD/CEO.
I was assigned the look after/Acting charge of MD/CEO HBFC by the Govt. of Pakistan, which was my last assignment with the organization. My main strength is the ability to develop business strategy and to build high performance teams for achievement of assigned targets.

Regional Head/Acting MD
As Regional Head North, I was able to successfully organize and lead a team of more than 100 people, including 03 zonal and 18 Branch Managers spread over Islamabad, all of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan and Punjab up to district Jhelum, responsible for achievement of annual targets of disbursement and recovery of loans. I was responsible for making and implementing strategy for retail as well as corporate sale and recovery. My responsibility also included the functions of preparation and control of the annual Budget, HR, administrative and disciplinary issues pertaining to the Region.During this period, I also represented the organization in different meetings like the departmental
Zonal Manager
Reporting to the Regional Head, My responsibility was to organize and lead a team of more than 50 employees including a number of Branch Managers and was successful in achievement of the Branch Targets and contributing towards achievements of Regional targets.
Head of Product Development
During this short period, I was able to successfully develop a Home Finance Product (Small Builders Loan) and process it for approval by the Board of directors.
REGIONAL RECOVERY COORDINATOR (North)
Reporting directly to the Group Head (Recovery & SAM ) Head Office, I was responsible to monitor the collection and recovery activities of all the Zones and Branches in the Region, evaluate their performance and guide them to make successful strategies in order to achieve the assigned targets.
Zonal Manager
Reporting to the Regional Head, My responsibility was to organize and lead a team of more than 50 employees including a number of Branch Managers and was successful in achievement of the Branch Targets and contributing towards achievements of Regional targets.
MANAGER ADMINISTRATION/HR, RECOVERY, AUDIT
During my posting in Zonal office Abbottabad and Peshawar, I was given the responsibilities of heading the zonal administration, HR/ Services, Recovery and Audit departments from time to time, which was fulfilled to the satisfaction of my superiors.
Branch Manager
I was appointed Assistant Manager in 1988, after completion of training period getting 1st position as MTO and working in different departments of BO and ZO Peshawar, I was appointed as Branch Manager Peshawar and was able to run efficiently all the affairs of the Branch including the core functions of disbursement and recovery of loans.
