· Analyzing and understanding organization operations.

· Capacity Building of AF staff with in the district
· Supervision and implementation of SM-BISP project.
· Coordinating with the BISP staff.
· Responsible for beneficiary registration and enrollment of the children in schools
· Attendance compliance of the registered children’s
· Execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base.
· Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships.
· Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor
· Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
· Manage month-end and year-end close processes
