I USED TO ASSIST MANGER IN PREPARING LEDGERS AND MAKING VOUCHERS FOR PAYMENTS TO OUR SUPPLIERS AND STAFF, USED TO MAKE SALARIES FOR STAFF MEMBERS, USED TO COORDINATE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS, FILLING OF DOCUMENTS.

In my job I used to attend meeting with auditors to develop an understanding of business process, I used to assess how well the risk management processes are working and prepare reports to highlight issues and problems using software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. I used to perform Petty cash audit on regular basis.
Use to coordinate between accounts department and Sales and Recovery department for issues related to payments made by our clients and used to verify those payments in bank statements.
I used to coordinate with our banks too for clients curies related to their installments.
