Ø  Manages company secretarial work including regulatory filings, issuing of board / Members meetings notices, registration of foreign directors etc.
Ø  Advises management on devising company policies related to intellectual property matters, Industrial relations and all other legal matters.

Ø  Manage the litigation matters with consulting Company’s Lawyer & filed the same in the Court of Law.
Ø  Drafted & vetted [if required] Plaint, Written Statement, rebuttal, rejoinder & applications of Company’s cases.
Ø  Drafted & vetted [if required] Agreements, Contracts, Power of Attorney & Company’s Resolutions.
Ø  Resolving employees' issues and handling complaints to protect the general interests as per Company Policy.
Ø  Protected Company’s Patents, Trade-Marks, Copy-Rights & Trade-Secrets [Intellectual Properties] legally.
Ø  Investigate & preparing facts finding report on disciplinary, grievance & harassment cases for onward submission to Management with recommendations as per Labour Laws.
Ø  Providing advises to Company’s on litigation matters [when required].
Ø  To review the legal risks involved in various business deals and share the same with the management.
Ø  Evaluation of the success of the implementation of new policies & management system.
Ø  Research on Labour Laws & recommends reforms to the Management.
Ø  Provision of advice for department managers on how to deal with employees, most of all in litigation related matters.
Ø  Leading of negotiations between the organization and employees.
Ø  To analyze the risks while signing new business deals.
Ø  To deal with external law authorities.
Ø  Liaison with Government functionaries’ bodies [EOBI, SESSI, Labour Laws Departments & Employee Union etc.] on employees related issues.
Ø  Development and ensuring healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace.
