Ø Drafted & vetted [if required] Agreements, Contracts, Power of Attorney & Company’s Resolutions.
Ø Resolving employees' issues and handling complaints to protect the general interests as per Company Policy.
Ø Protected Company’s Patents, Trade-Marks, Copy-Rights & Trade-Secrets [Intellectual Properties] legally.
