Technical Support Engineer Daraz Pakistan | Alibaba Group where I have to manage onground IT Tasks related to end users and provide remote support to users all over Pakistan.
My key responsibilities are as under :-

Responsible to analyze functional problems and determine techniques/requirements feasible for expedited solutions.
Responsible for server configuration, Backup, Full System Ready
Responsible to utilize network management tools (Solar-winds) to monitor, evaluate, and report health statistics of WAN/LAN.
Diagnose and troubleshoot the Wi-Fi network and devices connected to the Wi-Fi network.
Provide Windows systems administration support, including support for multiple Windows OS variants, virtualization technologies, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
Responsible for the Diagnosis, operation, administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Remedy Trouble-Ticket system.
Ensure to update, maintain, and validate the known error database.
Ensure accountability for the administration of Remedy Action Request System solutions.
Development, publishing, and maintenance of statistical, management, and custom reports.
Support information assurance by; Updating and maintaining content, classification, and protection of organization Web sites, and Access management
The incumbent will also be responsible to perform duties like Installing new software
Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection
Fixing network faults
Network maintenance
Technical support for people using the network
Training staff on new systems
Day-to-day admin and monitoring of network use
Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems
Making sure all IT meets industry standards

This was an Army-based organization which has its Head Office in Lahore. I have to manage a Server based network of about 170 active nodes, some of my key responsibilities were as under:-

Operating and administering specific services in support of enterprise architecture vision and applicable technical standards;
The incident, problem, and change management;
Providing application support with industry knowledge of ITIL service management principles;
Applying technical understanding of Windows Server OS (2012/2016/2019), Windows Server security standards, and configuration management;
Applying technical understanding to support associated technologies such as management and administration of SAN environment, VMware virtualization platform, and Disaster Recovery;
Understanding user provisioning models and approaches, related tools, and directory services;
Managing Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP directory technologies;
Delivering technical application support, especially industry-standard platforms such as Lotus Notes, IIS, SQL, Windows 10 & 11, and others;
Managing MDM solution (VMware WorkspaceOne);
Exercising due diligence when assessing operational risks and proposing technical solutions;
Developing and maintaining technical processes, including supporting documentation, associated with the establishment and operation of specific collaboration services;
Developing and maintaining a current understanding of the technical architecture and designs associated with the application services delivered, and all relevant enabling technologies;
Defining and maintaining administrative processes that support existing and new application services and capabilities;

This was a Virtual University's private campus in Lahore where I have to manage a lab of 190 active nodes. my key responsibilities were as under:

Serving as the first point of contact for end-user support of computer systems/networks on a routine basis via IT Helpdesk
Assists the Network team in designing and configuring the company's local, wired and wireless, and voice systems
Manages the daily activities of local network systems and performs diagnostics
Responsible for installation, administration, and testing of operating systems, software, switches, cabling, and other related network components/equipment under the guidance of the Team Lead in accordance with published standards
Assists the Network team in developing, monitoring, and implementing network security procedures for safeguarding all networking systems
Maintains records of work completed and in progress; and updates network documentation to record installations, upgrades, configurations, etc.

This was a Virtual University's private campus in chichawatni where I have to manage a lab of 150 active nodes . my key responsibilities were as under:
