All construction work including Design, Master Plan of Housing Scheme and all kind of execution of civil works. I was the part of team who developed “Bahria Town Lahore”, and was a part of the team who developed, renovated Pak Arab housing scheme Lahore. At the moment I am serving as H.O.D (Head of Department) of Building Control Department in Eastern Housing scheme-Lahore. My responsibility includes but not limited to (i) Preparing Master Plan for housing society (ii) Sewerage drawing (iii) Roads and street Plan (iv) Water supply line plan (v) Electricity line Plan, (vi) acquiring approval from Authorities like (LDA and TMA). I am also responsible for making Bylaws of housing society for its customers. I act as lead of execution and design teams on ground. I am assuring that all buildings construction is done as per adopted By-laws of the society, LDA or TMA. I am the one who prepare completion certificate for the customers and managed all the record related to completion of development works.

My job responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining of office record related to Possession (Demarcation on ground) in soft and hard copy and check master plan on ground, prepare Utilized (Electrical) and Non-Utilized (Plot Maintenance) Bills for housing scheme project in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. I also contributes for increasing fund for the Project.
