Field Engineer
Identification of Flood effected Partically or pull Damage houses, Schools and Health care facilities (HCFs)
Responsible for conducting technical feasibility of the prioritized scheme/ Assessment and Identification of new and Rehab construction work in School, BHUs and PHE Water Supply schemes.
Preparation of design, drawings and BOQs for all District Construction Work.
Monitoring the all construction work.
Facilitate Project Engineer in developing project work plan.
Responsible to carry out the survey work and prepare the survey sheet of the identify schools and BHUs.
A lead role during the execution of scheme at site to ensure the quality, Monitoring all construction work, standardization and timely completion of scheme under the supervision of the District Engineer, Ensure proper execution of construction work as per design parameters, technical specifications and drawing approved by the PITD section HO and Donor.
Imparting O & M training to the Community Institutions.
Take All Government stake holders in loop, and hand over the site, timely to the department.
District Engineer
Develop individual and project quarterly work plans & report also the Monthly and Quarterly reports of subprojects ongoing in region regarding its financial and physical progress.
Preparation of survey sheets, design, drawings and BOQs and Project Digest of the subproject/ scheme based on the field technical data gathered at the site by the Field Engineer.
Facilitate the field Visitors.
Regularly undertake field visit of subprojects sites, supervise the activities of the subprojects for quality assurance and adherence of the structures to the actual designs and drawings during whole execution/ construction period.
Prepare case studies of good subprojects in the District and submit new sub grant cases.
Give concrete suggestions for improvement of sub-projects as per site condition, if needed to build the capacity of O&M committee members on CPI operation and maintenance for sustainability of Schemes
