Almost 8 years of development and humanitarian experiences in NGO and INGO (LFA,H.I,IRC,WHO & UNV) in the sectors of Education,Health,Polio Livelihood,MRE and CFIS. Under various designations such as Supervisor, Monitor, Community Mobilization officer, Community Survey officer and Distt Monitor in UNV. .I have worked on different managerial levels and report writing of various natures.. I have involved in conducting awareness session in community regarding project importance. I have conducted FGD,s in refugee camps on different issues of children such as child labor and protection of disable children. I have worked as Distt Monitor for Measles in whole Distt Hangu I have the competences to work in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic milieu with understanding and respect for local cultures & religious diversity with sound bargaining and negotiation abilities, coordination and communication skills. I was responsible of all Three phases of polio campaign activities such that Pre,Intra and post campaign
I Supervise the pre campaign activities like making of Micro plane,UPEC,Team training and social Mobilization regarding Polio Eradication. I monitor all activities during intra Polio campaign.
I have worked as Distt Monitor for Distt Hangu for Measles .
I supervise all pre campaign activities of Measles .Conduct session in community an importance of Measles Campaign ,Monitor Training of Skill Person, Doctors and Social Mobilizor for Measles.
I also conducted meetings with stockholders, like Health department, Revenue Department, Education department and Religious peoples.
I was responsible for mentoring of Inter campaign Activities like Session Monitoring, Reporting on KOBO software, Meeting with DC Hangu on daily basis and Compile report of all Distt Hangu UCs.
Major Responsibilities:
• Organize and build capacity of the communities to ensure their effective participation in the implementation of the project activities
• Conduct need assessment surveys and organize community committees
• Identify and organize appropriate capacity building, and technical resources to support project implementation
• Coordinate project planning and implementation with monitoring officers, technical support and community leaders
• Work closely with team and the Community Committee for beneficiary targeting and other activities
• Conduct in-depth interviews with beneficiaries/communities recovery needs and conduct assessment surveys
• Write regular weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports
• Mobilize community groups, sensitize and train them on specific topics as required, organize and facilitate meetings and trainings.
• Conduct training sessions to the beneficiaries and build capacity of community volunteers for effective and sustainable project implementation
• To organize distribution events with support of VCs and other sectors
• Maintenance of record soft and hard at office and field leve
of Parent Teacher Councils(PTCs) , and ensure women participation in PTCs
• Arranging work shop, trainings and awareness sessions to ensure maximum participation of communities
• Assist the training officer in capacity building programs for PTCs members
• Facilitation of IRC staff in conducting Need Assessment /registration of Hose holds.
• Assist in implementation of the project activities in the communities

• Ensure the communities participation in CFIS project and child protection and inclusion.
• Ensure equal participation of all children.
• Raise communities knowledge and skills on child protection related issues and inclusion of person with disability.
• Report on all activities /referrals/information and documentation.
• Need Assessment, Social Mobilization, Establishment and management, Monitoring, Reporting & evaluation of Literacy centers.
• To arrange Trainings for Sector Staff, Supervisors, CSMs and Teachers.
• Formation of Community Social Organizations (CSO).
• Monitor and Effective control over Literacy center teacher.
• Ensure of the maintenance of Sector record.
