My responsibilities are to promote, demonstrate and provide information of Microsoft Lumia and Nokia products on designated outlets and markets. Trying to create a positive image and lead consumers to use it. Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers to source new sales opportunities to achieve targets. Establishing strong mutually beneficial strategic relationships internally and externally understanding, anticipating & focusing on customer needs and satisfaction. Delivering agreed solutions or proposes alternatives based on customer needs. Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements. Report on demonstration related information (interest level and questions asked). Being a senior sales promoter I am responsible to train new sales promoters teams. Being a responsible brand ambassador I guarantee that objectives in terms of sales targets through availability, visibility and trade competitive prices. Responsible to get Microsoft Lumia and Nokia sales data with other selling brands.
