Leading the accounts and finance dept. of north region office with 6 existing projects (approx. PKR 19 Billion worth portfolio).
Formulate control budgets in consultation with the team and peers and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions on periodic basis.
Prepare project profitability analysis of north region portfolio having diversified specifications as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Maintain daily bank position, working capital requirements.
Oversee receivables / payables of north region projects.
Liaison among various departments for SOP implementation and process improvement.
Ensure all information and documentation relating to financial transactions and key financial indicators are accurate and up to date
