working as a Site supervisor and Field Engineer district Qamber shahdadkot at Human Appeal For the project of Pakistan SHELTER PROGRAM.Currently Supervision of 3 Model villages in Tehsil warah Disrict Qamber Shahdadkot.whereas, Organized technical and feasibility studies including site investigation, offered technical solutions for the shelter related to civil work and contributed constructively by giving technical inputs to support project CPI. Supervised and Monitor the Construction of shelters in compliance with Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) principles, ensuring that they were safe, secure and meet the needs of the beneficiaries. And also, coordinated with the project coordinator to ensure that shelter construction was carried out smoothly and efficiently, and that any issues or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Whereas, conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all shelter related work met the required specifications and were of the highest quality. Maintained detailed records and reports on the progress of shelter construction, providing regular updates to management and other stakeholders.
