The MIS applications I have developed feature many functionalities such as password protection, user permissions, and role-based access, allowing each user to operate within their assigned roles effectively. Furthermore, these systems offer real-time report downloads in Excel and PDF formats and the capability to set and track targets, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently. Daily automated emails keep all stakeholders informed about project activities, enabling continuous monitoring and improvement.

· Managing SERVER Machines at Production Site-Karachi and DR-Site-Mithi.
· Ensuring that backup at DR-Sites is successful. In case of failure, my responsibility is to diagnose and resolve on priority basis.
· Resolving any technical issues on SERVER machines related to connectivity, hardware or software, if required.
· Managing Router Board Device (including routing, firewall, bandwidth management, wireless access point, VPN server).
· Adding MAC addresses for new users/staff before actually connecting them remotely to the Internet to maintain the security.

· Developed job portal of organization in PHP +MYSQL (i.e. Jobs.thardeep.org) and maintaining on need based.
· I have developed MIS applications for long-term projects to ensure smooth operations. In current project, Sindh People's Housing for Flood Affectees (SPHF), I have developed an MIS application that handles data for 238,473 beneficiaries. This application provides a real-time visualization dashboard and daily progress updates via email. It collects data input centrally from all taluka levels, checks the validation of data before entering it into the MIS to ensure error-free data availability, and imports some data from Qlik. The MIS also offers options to download reports in Excel and facilitates taluka-wise beneficiary follow-ups. For example, it tracks disbursement and withdrawal dates sequentially to ensure all cases are covered and collects stage-wise pictures of all beneficiaries, including Daily Progress, Plinth, Lintel, and Roof levels.
· Developing advanced dependent dropdown-based forms in ODK and KOBO Toolbox for collecting error-free data through mobile applications.
· Visit the field to gather information on success stories, creating testimonials and communication materials.
· Translated video success case studies and added English subtitles using video editing software. I have translated more than 50 video documentaries for various projects.
· Provided IT-related solutions as needed to teams for efficient project data recording.
