Demand Planning & S&OP:
a) Prepare 1100+ SKU wise demand forecasting using different statical tools in excel.
b) Analyze products sales trend, seasonality and propose baseline demand forecast.
c) Challenge the forecasts from the sales / MKT teams at various levels (historical sales trend, seasonality, market trends, special offers, and budgets).
d) Maintain demand planning master data and calculate forecast accuracy and BIAS for all the SKUs. e) Facilitated the S&OP cycle by leading the demand review, financial review, Pre-S&OP, and Executive S&OP meeting.
Manufacturing Strategy and Supply Planning:
a) Draw a manufacturing strategic plan over the horizon of 5 years for all the sections i.e. (OSM, Liquid Injectable, General Dry Suspension, Liquid Syrups & Cephalosporin).
b) Draws up the detailed master schedule for 6 months on the basis of resource capacity & material availability to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to customer orders for CCL Pakistan, CCL International, and Contract Manufacturing.
c) Prepare detailed production schedule of (Oral Solid Manufacturing, liquid Injectables, liquid Syrups, General dry suspension, CEPH tablets, CEPH capsules, CEPH Injectables, CEPH suspension) daily, weekly, and monthly.
d) Reduce conversion costs through better planning & forecasting models resulting in better lead times, energy & overtime cost.
e) Identify capacity constraint, debottlenecking, batch scale-up, new machine requirements. Align and design monthly capacities on the basis of load vs capacity.
f) Plan launch + 6 months RSF for all NPD’s for successfully launching and manage Institutions orders analysis and plan to achieve sales.
g) Coordinates manufacturing activities and monitors schedule performance against plan to maintain priorities and meet established schedules by meeting on a regular basis with cross-functional teams to resolve delayed customer shipments, component shortages, overtime, priorities, as well as identifying problems.
h) Monitor plan vs. actual on daily basis for all FG and SFG levels.

a) Manage and review production and Inventory. Collaboration with demand and planning to design S&OP process that delivers value to the business units.
b) Analyze factors that impact demand for HOM products and leverage statistical models to build a demand plan that quantifies the business environment in rolling 12 months horizon.
c) Forecast customer and product activities manage material planning and inventory management.
d) Plan and prepare production schedule (weekly/monthly).
e) Draws up detail master schedule on the basis of resource capacity & material availability to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to customer orders.
f) Preparing master production schedules (MPS) and materials requirement planning (MRP) on ERP to control production and prioritizing demand, to set procurement strategies.
g) Strive for continuous process improvements while ensuring efficiencies throughout the department and Improvement in OEE and reduction in material wastage.
h) Reduce conversion costs through better planning & forecasting model resulting in better lead times, energy & labor costs.
i) Monitor plan vs. actual on daily basis for all FG and SFG levels.
j) Develop and maintain bills of material for all production processes.
k) Coordinates manufacturing activities and monitors schedule performance against plan to maintain priorities and meet established schedules by meeting on a regular basis with cross-functional teams to resolve delayed customer shipments, component shortages, overtime, priorities, as well as identifying problems.
l) Devise and implement all required SOPs and policies pertinent to production and materials planning department.
m) Developed & deployed the OEE Loss Tree, deployed overall plant MIS.

i) Responsible for accurate raw materials, WIP and finished goods inventory levels; accuracy of product data for finished product.
j) Coordinates manufacturing activities and monitors schedule performance against plan to maintain priorities and meet established schedules by meeting on a regular basis with cross-functional teams to resolve delayed customer shipments, component shortages, overtime, priorities, as well as identifying problems.
k) Plan and manage supply of finished goods to all the organization’s customers, as per agreed contract and delivery date with compliance of respective regulations.
l) To ensure all orders issue on time to all vendors and ensure all supplies on time as per requested date on Purchase orders.
m) Devise and implement all required SOPs and policies pertinent to Production and Materials Planning department.
n) Maintain forecast / material master for proper utilization of ASCP for material / production planning purpose.
o) Manage Issuance, receiving and storage of all SKUs.

a) Maintain and develop relationships with customers via telephone calls and emails. Receive orders and send confirmation and Correspondence with Sales Office for order processing, status and deliveries.
b) Complete daily sales analysis, order status report, shipment plan. Execute complete export cycle and Coordinate export shipments from origin until final destination.
c) Interact with product line coordinators on the planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments. Provides support to production scheduling on all material flow issues to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
d) Provide complete details of orders received to Planning and Production department.
e) Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Logistics department in order to ensure orders are delivered as per the agreed timelines. Daily coordination with production teams to set production priorities.
f) Keeps the management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily sales analysis, order status report, shipment plan, call reports and weekly work plans and monthly analyses.
g) Coordination with the shipping line, Freight forwarding agent and bank produce the documents for consignment specially the Bill of lading, Export form (Karachi Export Processing Zone NOC) and other relevant documents and further assuring to be received by the buyer soonest.
h) Active participation in supply chain related projects.
i) Participate in process improvements initiatives together with the sub cluster team.
j) Monitor supply chain performance indicators (inventory, quality management, customer service, backlogs, etc.)
