I am MBA in Finance and have experience of almost 6 years of working as a Customer Service Executive in Customer Service Section (Operations) of a leading exchange company in Dubai, UAE. I have advance level grip over Remittances, Customer Relations and Transaction Banking and expert hand on Microsoft Excel, Word and other MS applications and have good speaking and writing skills in English language. In addition, I have the ability to grasp new procedures quickly, cope well with pressure and to âthink outside the boxâ in developing new approaches to handle my work and get the right output.
•Responsible to assure the flow of transactions. (Telex Transfers, Demand Drafts, Western Union and Cash Express
•Receiving and maintaining the account statements from banks to make sure the availability of required funds.
•Responsible to resolve all queries from customers, Branches and Business partners (Banks, Liaison offices in different countries)
•Confirmation of deals with internationally located Banks and business partners.
•Handle rejections, cancellations, amendments, modifications and other queries of all transactions. ( Telex transfer, Demand draft, Cash express Western Union etc )
•Working on new ideas and interact with management and business partners (Banks, Agents etc ) to improve service and gain more customers.
•Responsible to make and submit the weekly and monthly reports about the performance of the team to management.
•In Remittance Section deals with Pension slips, deposits slips, cheques, pay orders and demand drafts.
•In clearing section deals with inward and outward clearing cheques.
•In Account opening section provide information to new customers, deal with account opening form and issuance of cheque books.
