Internship
Work as Intern –2021 Construction of House – Peshawar Responsible for interacting daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and to then represent them on site.
Duties:
·         Ensuring compliance with the obtained permits and approvals.
·         Supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
·         Ensuring that relationships with clients and intermediaries are maintained to a professional standard.
·         Writing up accurate records, drawing registers and weekly diaries.
·         Working closely with in-house Engineers, Designers, Drafters and external sources to finalize designs.
·         Authorising wages and timesheets for the staff under my control.
·         Checking plans and drawings.
·         Solving civil engineering problems as quickly as possible.
