I work as a Field Monitor in the EPI program. My job is to go to health centers and villages to check if vaccination is happening properly.

I collect data about how many children got vaccinated, if there were any problems, and whether there are enough vaccines and supplies like syringes. I send these reports to my supervisor on time.

I also help health workers if they need support or guidance. I talk to parents and people in the community to explain why vaccines are important and encourage them to vaccinate their children. If I see any signs of disease or outbreak, I report it quickly.

Overall, my job is to make sure everything is going well in the field and that every child is protected with vaccines.

I have strong field monitoring experience, especially in health-related campaigns. I know how to collect and report accurate data, coordinate with teams, and communicate well with local communities. I’m also good at solving problems in the field and meeting targets within deadlines. My dedication and understanding of fieldwork make me a good fit for this project.
